Modern Curb Appeal Concept

This new home design in Jay, Florida was created to help the builder’s client visualize how thoughtful exterior details could elevate the finished look and feel of the property. The concept focuses on clean architectural lines, a soft modern farmhouse palette, and a welcoming front approach anchored by a paver driveway, curved entry walk, and layered planting beds.

At the front of the home, the landscape plan adds structure, softness, and definition around the façade. Masses of shrubs, low border plantings, and accent lighting work together to frame the architecture and create a polished arrival experience, while also highlighting the home after sunset. The paver drive and walkways introduce texture and contrast, giving the exterior a more custom and finished appearance.

The rear view extends that vision into everyday outdoor living. A large covered patio creates usable space for dining, relaxing, and casual entertaining, with room for seating and grilling under shelter. Together, the front and back concepts present a clear vision for how hardscape, planting, and lighting can support the home’s character and enhance the overall living experience.
