Modern Farmhouse Outdoor Living in Pace

Designed for a new construction home in Pace, Florida, this outdoor living plan brings together clean architectural lines, functional gathering spaces, and thoughtfully integrated landscaping to create a cohesive property from front curb appeal to backyard retreat. PROTERRA Outdoor Design partnered with Green Procedures, Inc. to develop a landscape and outdoor living vision that complements the home's modern farmhouse character while enhancing the way the property will be enjoyed for years to come.

The rear outdoor space is centered around a geometric swimming pool with an integrated spa, framed by an expansive pool deck and a covered outdoor living area that naturally extends the home's interior. The layout creates comfortable spaces for relaxing, entertaining, and everyday family life while maintaining open views across the surrounding landscape.

At the front of the home, layered foundation plantings, ornamental trees, and carefully balanced landscape beds soften the home's bold architecture and provide year-round visual interest. Curved walkways and a welcoming entry sequence establish a polished first impression while preserving the clean, timeless aesthetic of the residence.

This collaborative design highlights the value of coordinating architecture, landscape, and outdoor living from the beginning of a new construction project, resulting in a property that feels intentional, inviting, and complete.
