Innerarity Point Waterfront Design

This waterfront outdoor living design in Innerarity Point was created for a new home build in southwest Pensacola, where the property is surrounded by water and open coastal views. The plan brings together landscape design, hardscapes, pool layout, and lighting to create a polished outdoor setting that feels connected to the shoreline.

The design organizes the backyard into a series of usable spaces, including a waterfront pool area, raised planting beds, paved terraces, and a shaded pergola with seating around a fire feature. Layered palms, flowering plantings, and structured greenery help soften the hardscape while adding privacy, texture, and a relaxed coastal feel.

With the home positioned so close to the water, the outdoor plan balances durability, views, and everyday enjoyment. The result is a refined outdoor living concept designed for entertaining, relaxing, and making the most of the property’s waterfront setting.
