Waterfront Pool & Kitchen Vision

This Gulf Breeze outdoor living design helps the homeowner visualize how a new pool, spa, and kitchen/bar area could work together on a waterfront property. The concept centers the pool courtyard around open views, creating a relaxed connection between the home, water, and surrounding landscape.

The raised pool terrace is shaped by a large retention wall, making layout, circulation, and edge treatment especially important. Glass railing preserves the view, while the pool, integrated spa, loungers, and covered patio areas create distinct zones for swimming, relaxing, and gathering.

The kitchen and bar concept introduces a covered destination at the edge of the terrace, with seating, counter space, cooking features, and shade. As a first draft, the design gives the client a clear starting point for evaluating scale, function, and future revisions before finalizing the outdoor living plan.
